We don’t offer contract printing services. As a full-service merchandise customization agency, we provide complete solutions from garment sourcing to final production.

We offer several convenient delivery options:

  1. Shipping: We primarily use UPS for domestic orders and Cargomatic for local deliveries and freight.
  2. Pickup: Our headquarters is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM for local pickups.
  3. Drop Shipping: We can ship directly to any location nationwide.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please note that credit card transactions over $250 include a 3.5% processing fee.

Yes, we require 100% payment upfront to begin production unless payment terms have been pre-established with your account.

Absolutely! We’re happy to expedite your order when needed. Rush service is available with the following pricing structure:

  • 6-9 business days: 20% additional cost
  • 5 business days: 35% additional cost
  • 4 business days: 45% additional cost
  • 3 business days: 55% additional cost
  • 2 business days: 75% additional cost
